| Prior to Feb 6, 2003 all work on site was in preparation for the pipe bursting that started the week of Feb. 3, 2003. As each connection is exposed decisions are made as to the best way to replace the line. Some are short or have bends in them and are sliplined or open cut. Below are a few photos of the last few bursts. |
